LSLI (Low Speed/Low Impact) (1 hour)

Understand both the mechanical and biomechanical elements of low speed collisions.
Evidence gathering and cost effective case handling are also covered.

Human Factors (1.5 hours)

Understand how the leading edge sciences of Biomechanics and Perceptual PsychoPhysics can be effectively applied to a wide variety of cases.

Slip & Fall and Trip & Fall (1.5 hours)

The capacity of a hazard to cause a Slip or a Trip.  Whether the pedestrian should have seen the Hazard. Understanding the "Trivial Defect" issue.

Fires (1 hour)

  Finding the "Origin" and determining the "Cause".  Proper evidence gathering techniques and documentation to identify the signs which indicate the use of accelerant.

Accident Reconstruction Workshop (9 hours)

An interactive program to help the claims professional understand everything from speed and skid calculations to the post-collision dynamics of an intersection collision.

MCLE "Understanding Experts" parts I, II, & III (9 hours)

A series of three 3-hour workshops to assist trial attorneys in understanding the special issues presented by expert testimony. Each session is approved by the State Bar for 3 hours of Continuing Education Credit (inclusive of ½ hour of ethics).

** Except for the MCLE program our instructors modify the curriculum and presentation, customizing to the specific audience, claims or litigation, beginner or advanced. If you have an area of interest not listed above where technical education would help we will custom design a program for you.  Many of our programs are available on Video Tape (at a small cost). We also have the "Personal Accident Calculator" available, an easy to use, PC based program for calculation of things like speed from skid.
