Approximately 80% of the cases our agency handles deal with transportation related accidents: Roadway design, vehicular speed analysis, crush analysis, multi-vehicle collision dynamics, vehicular sub-system failure, and time-motion studies. We handle almost any vehicle including automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, trucks, construction & commercial equipment, and water craft.


Product Defect

Design analysis or testing of individual components for failure. We can handle everything from major systems failure to things as common as an office chair.  Subrogation potential can be analyzed and supported.

Personal Injury

Slip/trip and fall cases are very common but often mis-handled by a neophyte investigator. Personal injuries are often a second component of vehicular or product cases, but in those instances you need to make sure you have the right people with the right expertise, which is part of the next topic . . .

Human Factors

This area of forensic engineering is in very high demand, and the supply of "qualified" experts with the right expertise to handle these cases is low.  Our biomechanical engineers can provide analysis of injuries claimed from low speed collisions, slip/trip and fall, and seatbelt analysis.  We also have Human Factors experts trained in the advanced area of Perceptual PsychoPhysics.  These experts have the ability to properly analyze whether a person had the ability to perceive a hazard in time to react.

Workers Compensation
This is an area often over looked . . . Engineering analysis can provide subrogation potential for claims involving defect in mechanism or design which has resulted in injury.

Cause and Origin of Fires

Both structures and vehicles can be inspected and analyzed to determine exact cause and origin.
